The maps

The aspiration here

is to have a GIS-based window into where the groups and branches are.  For the first time we will be able to see where the overlaps are and where the gaps.

Here's what we're working on: http://arcg.is/84Daf

And here is what others have done with the referendum results:

But for general purposes (in Great Britain) - eg making maps for your local constituency and its wards - the resource you will want to use, alongside any maps that the local Council makes available, will be the OS online election maps, at https://www.ordnancesurvey.co.uk/election-maps/gb/

It's not new to want to map all the groups, other projects are underway to do so: see http://www.imstillin.eu/campaigns/groups/group-map, or https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=2117858#.

National bodies are also beginning to display the coverage of their groups in a similar fashion - points on a map. See eg:  https://www.zeemaps.com/map?group=2117858#http://www.britainforeurope.org/our_groups and https://www.europeanmovement.co.uk/our_branch_network there's something similar now on the People's Vote website: https://www.peoples-vote.uk/your_local_group.

istopbrexit.info now has a drop pin map including facebook pages and there's one by a Twitter page called @brexitlocal here

Best for Britain and Represent Us are national campaigns that have adopted a different regional structure to cover the country.  You can get an idea of both these by checking the Best for Britain map.  The UKPEN sites will make reference to both these systems and use them to the maximum extent possible.  Here is the Best for Britain map:

You can access it directly here: https://www.scribblemaps.com/maps/view/B4B_Regions/b2QMGvsp13, and the new map showing the opinion changes from 2016 to 2018 is here: https://www.bestforbritain.org/map

By the way this is a great map too: http://petitionmap.unboxedconsulting.com/?petition=200004

So is this (Best for Britain's constituency movements map)
